Winbe's Terms & Conditions — everything in plain language

These Terms & Conditions form a legal agreement between the Winbe platform and its users. By accessing Winbe via the website, mobile app, or any other channel, these terms apply automatically.

For deposits:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
• Third-party deposits are not accepted
• Winbe reserves the right to review any suspicious transactions

For withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Average processing time: 3–15 minutes

• Any attempt to fraudulently collect bonuses will result in account closure
• Cashback bonuses are credited directly to your balance with no separate wagering requirement

Before participating in any game on Winbe, you should familiarise yourself with the specific rules for that game. General gaming rules are outlined below:

• All game outcomes are determined via RNG (Random Number Generator) or live dealers — manipulation is not possible
• In Sports Betting, a bet is only counted once the odds are confirmed.
• Live betting odds may change after a match has started
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the bet will be refunded
• Any winnings resulting from exploiting a game bug or glitch will be considered void
• Placing bets on the same game from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited

Special rules apply to Sports Betting. Betting based on match-fixing or inside information is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be terminated and the relevant authorities will be notified.

Winbe places responsible gaming at the top of its priorities. Gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial hardship. We have put several protective measures in place for our users.

• Harassment of other users or inappropriate conduct
• Non-cooperation with KYC verification
• Self-exclusion at the user's own request
